Where's your pearl come from? |

Our pearls are sourced from selected quality pearl farm in China. The raw pearl will be delivered to our factory in Hei Feng Counfv, China for processing to be a quality finished products. The process of sorting, cleaning, drilling, bleaching, polishing, matching color of the pearls will be operating in our factory after harvesting from the farm.

Is the color of pearl natural? |

White, Orange & Purple is the natural color of our pearl. For others range of colors like Green, Yellow, Blue, etc. can be made through artificial means.

Do you have Akoya pearls for sales? |
|
Wai Yip is mainly offered good quality freshwater pearls and we export quality south sea pearls from Tahiti to meet different requirements.

Do you offer custom made designs jewelry? |
|
Yes, we do. If you would like to modify the length of chain, size of the pearl, or the style of Jewelry, you are welcomed to send us your requirements and we are happy to help with that.

No. All our products are showed with information in our website. A Login/Password is required to get into the product area, please Contact Us today for details.

Can I order trial sample to show to my client before placing the order? |
|
Yes, you can order trial sample before placing the regular order with us. The minimum sample order is 10pcs. / Color / Model.

Do you have special gift box to pack with the Jewelry? |
|
Design gift boxes are available for selection in WAI YIP. You are welcomed to discuss with our salesman if you need other special gift packing with you jewelry.

How can I place an enquiry on-line? |

Go to Showroom, click on the products you want and "Add to Cart". Continue this process until you complete the searching. Our salesman will receive your enquiry when you click on the complete icon. You will receive the confirmation message from the system automatically.

Yes, all our products are Nickel Allergy Free Plating. For details please consult with our salesman.

What is the guarantee of your 925 silver products? |

WAI YIP will send our products regularly to SGS Hong Kong Limited which is the expertise in testing, verification, technical consultancy and inspection of products in Hong Kong for testing and make sure our products are in good quality and achieve the standard of 925 silver. Can I return the damaged merchandise? |
|
Under our company policy, you can return the damaged jewelries for repair within 3 months when you receive the goods. Additional charge for the repair will be applied if the process is complicated. No refund is accepted for all the case.
