Notification
You will receive a notification through the provided email address or fax number once we receive your order/enquiry by e-mail/fax.

Postage
Postage is included for local delivery. For international order, the mailing charge is calculated as price list of selected carrier. All the delivery charge will be bill to our invoice once the weight of postage is obtained.

Delivery
For general order: 6-8 weeks after receiving order confirmation and deposit. For Urgent order will be considered upon condition. The latest delivery date will be confirmed and acknowledged to you by email or fax.

Packing
Standard packing: The merchandise will be inserted in an individual poly bag which packs separately in a larger poly bag. Finally put into an export carton for delivery. ** Special packing can be quoted upon request.

Certificate of origin
Third party G.S.P Certificate of origin - Form A from China or Certificate of origin (Re-export) from any local general chamber of commerce can be provided upon request.

Payment Method
Orders from Hong Kong are paid by HK$. For international orders, we accept US$ by T/T wire transfer or Bank Draft. Payment should be made with 30% deposit of the contract amount and the balance should be settled before shipment.
